Here’s a look at Nickelodeon’s top 25 shows in terms of total viewers for the week ending November 21. While it’s the kids and teens ratings that matter most to Nickelodeon, I didn’t have those numbers. Nickelodeon is a powerhouse when it comes to total viewers though. For the week ending November 21, Nickelodeon was the only one that could boast that its entire top 25 was made up of shows that averaged more than 3 million viewers. In fact, it had 36 telecasts with at least 3 million viewers.
By comparison ESPN had 5 telecasts with more than 3 million viewers, USA has six, TBS had 2 (both Family Guy telecasts), Fox News had 4 (all O’Reilly Factor telecasts), FX had 1, and Nickelodeon’s primary competition, Disney Channel had 8 telecasts that averaged over 3 million viewers.
iCarly accounted for 11 out of the top 25 telecasts on Nickelodeon for the week, SpongeBob for 10 and Big Time Rush and T.U.F.F. Puppy for 2 each.
