ABC takes the night again on the strength of Dancing with the Stars and my boy Mark Cuban. But Boston Legal was off from last years opening in both the overall and 18-49 categories. Fox comes in second in the totals on the strength of House which was also off from last year's premiere, but Fox was numero uno with the 18-49 crowd.
