Private Practice held its week over week ratings stable and its Live+SD viewership of 12.42 million lead all new shows for the week of October 8-14.
ABC shows were at both ends of the spectrum, Cavemen lost almost 25% and Pushing Daisies over 21% of their viewers.
CBS shows were in the middle of the pack, both in terms of retention and viewers, although at viewer levels that may not be particularly postive for them long term.
Since NBC's ratings expectations are likely lower than CBS's, Bionic Woman may look pretty good. However, Journeyman and Chuck showed continuing viewership erosion. I'd bet them in your dead pool.
Kitchen Nightmares continued to gain viewers and the rest of the Fox shows were stable.
Gossip Girl seems a positive note for CW, particularly considering its other shows (CW Now, Online Nation and Life is Wild didn't make the top 20, but lost significant viewers).
