TV Week is reporting that ABC has picked up Grey's Anatomy spinoff Private Practice, and that CBS has picked up The Big Bang Theory, and The Unit for a full season of shows.
Private Practice has been at or near the top of the ratings for new shows for all 3 weeks, and The Big Bang Theory has been a solid performer, which you'd know if you'd been watching our Top 20 New Shows & Ratings Momentum charts.
