CBS Wins the Night, The CW Puts the Smackdown on Fox

CBS won this ho-hum (in terms of number of viewers) night of television. Women's Murder Club vs. Moonlight is turning into an interesting competition with the hot maturing policewomen having more viewers than the metrosexual vampire - but the metrosexual vampire won the 18-49 demo. Fox's Next Great American Band is not resonating with viewers and The CW spends a night out of the cellar. On to the shows:

I guess the thing that worries me is the fact that the numbers have fallen since the premier. Not a whole lot but enough to make me worry. I, like others, am “screen shy”. Since so many shows get canceled, it's hard to invest much attachment for fear of the let down. I agree that this is the highlight of Friday nights. I have lost all interest in Ghost Whisperer. Don't care for Cameron Manhiem at all. Numb3rs was the only show I watched on Friday last season. Glad to have something else that's fun to watch. I hope they don't continue with this line of Mick being stupid concerning Coraline. He's a smart vampire, not a stupid human. I'm bored with her already.

Actually it appears ML gained a tad on 11/9 from the prior week and ML is still strong in the 18-49 group.

CBS please listen to your viewers and don't can Moonlight, this is one of the best new shows in years and who ever cast this show should be given a huge raise, it's brillant. I look forward to Friday nights all week long just for this show alone.
