41st Annual Country Music Wins Viewers and 18-49 Demo for ABC

ABC won the night with the CMAs pulling in almost 16 million and a zesty 5.4/14 in the 18-49 demo. CBS's Criminal Minds continues to be strong though Kid Nation still isn't. While NBC's Bionic Woman had a few more viewers than Kitchen Nightmares over on Fox, Chef Gordon Ramsey put the Smackdown on Jamie Sommers when it came to the 18-49 demo. I would like to see the reality show were Chef Ramsey berates the producers of Bionic Woman for screwing up. "You're a stupid <bleeping> donkey! It's supposed to be entertainment!"

Bionic Woman is dropping like a stone. Its previous episode average viewership was 7.81m (10/24). That 6.44m is another drop of 17%. Hard to believe its first episode was seen by 13.91m.

On the other hand Life is up 10% from the week previous (on overall) and 25% on 18-49, even with the lousy lead-in. Unfortunately, heard they are stopping production almost immediately, even though they have at least 2 un-shot scripts in hand! Why in the world would they sit on these when they have an audience that is actually GROWING?!?

Life is my favorite show on television. I also liked the latest episode of Journeyman, which gets better with each episode. Now I'm hoping at least Moonlight will stay on. I would hate to lose my top three!
