The New England Patriots' successful closure of the perfect 16-0 season was watched by more than 25 million people between 8pm and 11pm and that's just via the broadcast simulcast on NBC and CBS -- we haven't seen how many watched on the NFL Network yet. The game combined for 25.37 million viewers and an 8.5/25 (rating/share) in the 18-49 demographic. More people watched the game on CBS than NBC, though it was fairly even.
Update 12/31: The game drew an additional 9.2 million via the NFL Network bringing the total to 34.5 million viewers for the game.
