Happy New Year everyone! ABC took the very lackluster last night of the year in both total viewers and the 18-49 demographic. Against nothing but repeats and a rerun of the theatrical Men In Black 2 on FOX, the combo of a repeat of the movie Shrek and a primetime hour of Dick Clark's New Years Rockin' Eve was enough to score victory for ABC.
