Fox and NBC finished in a near dead heat for Thursday, January 3, with Fox edging NBC by the slimmest of margins for average viewers, but tied in the adults 18-49 demo. CBS was competitive, but ABC continued its recent also ran trend as its reruns got crushed.
While a repeat of CSI was the evening's most watched show, the 18-49 demo crown was taken by the premiere of Celebrity Apprentice, followed closely by The Orange Bowl and another Deal or No Deal.
