Scoreboard for Friday Jan 11, 2008 CBS NBC FOX ABC CW
Total Viewers (million) 9.34 6.84 5.41 4.92 4.81
Rating/Share: Adults 18-49 2.5/8 2.0/6 1.7/5 1.5/4 1.6/5

With new episodes for all three of its Friday night dramas, CBS easily had the most overall viewers and the most viewers in the 18-49 demographic.  Ghost Whisperer, Moonlight and Numb3rs all won their respective timeslots in most viewers and in the 18-49 demo.   Over on the Mouse network, hardly anybody was tuning in for reruns of Grey's Anatomy and the Cashmere Mafia, or for that matter, 20/20.

ABC shared last place with The CW.  The CW and Friday Night Smackdown! had the least overall viewers, but ABC had the least viewers in the 18-49 demo.  FOX ran with reruns of Bones and House and wound up in 3rd for the night.  NBC's lineup of 1 vs. 100, Friday Night Lights and Las Vegas landed the peacock network in 2nd place, but a rerun of House bested a new Friday Night Lights

cool ol=nly just discovered ur site and thinkits great with all these charts loved the above one since its shows the time period ratings together andwith viewer numbers as im interested in the millions of viwerswho watch

  • Rob

Glad to see “Friday Night Lights” is holding its own in the 18-49 demo. While it doesn't have as many older viewers as shows like “20/20″ and “1 vs. 100,” it has enough of the viewers advertisers like to reach to hopefully justify another season.

Thanks, Matt. I'm not sure it's enough, but you make a good point Rob. With almost 2 million fewer overall viewers than 1 vs. 100, FNL performed just as well in the demo.
