Right, left or in between, one thing is for certain, Olbermann is one of the most dour, humorless, angry and nasty little man I have ever had the displeasure to watch. He spews his hatred of other people endlessly. If he didn’t have Fox News, O’reilly or Bush to bash he would have vitually no content at all. Hmmmm…I live in VA and remember that “M” word scandal. George Allen used the term once at a rally (he said he didn’t know it was a racial slur) and KO and Chris Matthews repeated the slur openly for days and weeks after that. Do you think they would have used the “N” word as openly? Bet not. Closet racists, the both of them.

For Joe: K.O. was run out of L.A. by the hoards of people there. First, he was doing then what he still does now, talk crap about the sports figures that were in his own town (L.A.). Back when Reggie Jackson was with the Angels, K.O. talked nothing but garbage about the guy and his teamates. He talked so much garbage about the Dodgers, Tommy Lasorda would not allow K.O.to interview him. So people started to contact CBS and told them to get rid of the bum and a few other anchors there, and CBS came through with it. Second, ESPN has always been easy for bringing in new talent. K.O. was in that catagory, but again, viewer ratings took care of that. As for Nationally Syndicated shows, just look whats out there these days. You have every weirdo lawyer, ex-judge, wanna-be-judge and so on with some kind of peoples court. Heck they even gave a show to the Prostitute King Jerry Springer ( paid a whore with a personal check in Cincinnati). All I have to say is, Bring back Captain Kangaroo, now those were the days!!!

MSNBC ignorance is showing when it comes to race relations….Chris Mathews said it today, “I never had a black kid in any of my classes when I was in school.” If that is true, we can assume he lived in a segregated neighborhood. Chris and KO have no experience growing up with black folks other than the upscale Cosby-Rice-Powel-Obama-Winfrey types and doesn’t understand white blue collar frustration with black crime and dependence/strain upon social services. How many “urban” blacks were at Cornell, Keith? That is why it is so easy for Chris and KO to ridicule anyone who questions Obama and his background. We’ve seen black folks like Rev Wright our whole lives and are already familiar with the underside of black culture that we do not like. When I hear Rev Wright and see folks like Obama sitting there nodding heads to outrageous comments, I see a congregation that can’t wait to get paid.
