Update: 9:00am PDT 5/13/08: I've been continuously updating this list as best I can. And at this point the ABC information is pretty rock solid -- and Oprah's Big Give will not be back either! Things are looking dire for Moonlight as I read the tea leaves but I have not seen anything official as of this writing.
Update: 1:10PDT May 12: Moonlight switched from the Renew list to the Cancel list -- still just a rumor, but that's the most recent available info.
There's more jibber jabber than anything official, but to keep you up to speed on what I'm reading the following shows have been (or are at least rumored to be) picked up or dropped. I'm just updating the list. Some of them are official, while others (Moonlight, Reaper, Eli Stone) are just rumors and speculation! Not on the list (because I didn't see a title is another Ashton Kutcher (in addition to "Opportunity Knocks) production that he's doing with -- Tyra Banks for ABC. "It combines 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" with 'Who Wants to Be a Millionaire' and is right in our brand," Steve McPherson, ABC Entertainment president said said.

I put this in the comments, but will just stick it here as well in regards to Peter's request to separate fact from rumor: Technically nothing is definite until it's been announced formally by the networks. It's easier to say that Reaper, Moonlight, How I Met Your Mother and The Unit are the least definite, and everything else probably is (but by no means definitely is) true.
I’m really more interested in what ABC will be picking up as we get closer to mid season. Apparently they have a large amount of pilots for mid season that have yet to even be casted.
CBS, RENEW MOONLIGHT!!!
Moonlight deserves a 2nd season pick up! I just cannot believe this! How in the world did we go from it being a really good chance of CBS renewing Moonlight to this? This really doesn’t make any sense, it just really doesn’t. All indications were towards a renewal – the shows ratings have been consistently winning its time slot, CBS gave them more money for these last 4 episodes, they revamped Moonlight’s home page and are planning on running reruns into July…just to name a few reasons, that is why it is so baffling.
The Moonlight Fans are up in arms over this development and have mobilized to take action. We are not going down without a fight for our favorite show! I am begging CBS to reconsider.
Why? Why MissGuided? Why? I have a HUGE appetite for this show, I’ll really miss it
If nothing else they need to renew moonlight or risk bags of fake blood being sent to them
Also any word on Big Bang Theory, I can’t find it on either list

Well crap, now that you say that….I remember it lol….my apologies and keep up the great work!
This is ridiculous. CBS finally has a decent show that doesn’t just involve scantilly clad women walking around on a beach and they cancel it for what- The Unit? Heaven forbid we’d finally have a show that appeals mostly to women. Thanks a lot CBS, I will let everyone I know my feelings about this. Hopefully some other network has enough sense not to throw away 8 million fans! geez.

CBS habitually has sucky TV shows; For the first time they have a great show MOONLIGHT on their hands and they want to throw it away? I refuse to believe it.

This is why I do not get into shows anymore. Everytime I find a show I really like, like Women’s Murder Club and New Amsterdam, and K-Ville, they end up cancelling them and leaving these rediculous reality shows or these not-so-funny comedies….They need to hire REAL people at these networks!!!
personally i refuse to watch a single new show next year after this disaster of a season. I think 60% of the new shows I watched got cancelled.
