Robert, this schedule doesn’t match what other sources (Variety, Hollywood Reporter) are saying. TV Week is live-blogging as well, and has a different schedule from this. Can you investigate? There seems to be some confusion out there (Variety originally had one schedule but have now altered it).

Your schedule is wrong… The Unit airs on Sundays, The Ex List on Fridays and The Mentalist on Tuesdays ;)

  3. You guys caught me — I originally wrote the post via the Variety grid, then read the press release and made the adjustments — and then, naturally cut and pasted the wrong info! No posting before coffee ever again…until tomorrow anyway ;-)

ugh at the show replacing moonlight, networks baffle me. Isn’t Jay Mohr on Ghost Whisperer, Hopefully he won’t disappear completely with a new show to do.

Yawn. The more generic the program the bigger the ratings. That’s why CBS is the Procedural Channel. Only once in a blue moon does a unique show cross with high ratings (Lost, X-Files, etc).

Moonlight (which I’ve never watched) serves a niche audience; and niche is not good for ratings.

definitely the best schedule so far. not in terms of content, but in terms of how it will do ratings-wise.

abc is pushing basically the same schedule that faltered this year, and nbc, come on.

the new shows on cbs sound generic and uninteresting, but they fixed the tuesday at 1000 hole. the only thing i see bombing is the second comedy block on wednesday. thats not gonna hold up.

  8. Malaron

Moonlight had over 8 million viewers and would have grown, if given a chance. The great big eye certainly is blind to the genre.

  9. Matt

    Yeah, The Unit is back!

would like to see the amazing race when sunday night football is over:
also one of the few people that dislikes david mamet. his movie glengary glenross was as boring as can be considering al pacino, alec baldwin, ed harris, and jack lemmon starred! and the unit is equally as disturbing!

  11. Big Duke

Where is SHARK??? The best new show of the past season. James Woods fit that role to a “T”. Jerri Ryan and the rest of the gang were perfect fits for the team.
TV finally gets an intelligent show, and you dump it, and keep Cold Case???
    Go figure!!
We have enough junk on all the channels, and way to many ‘reality shows’.

what happened to the consumer is always right? Who made Ms T. think she knows what the consumers want? Especially cancelling on of the freshest, sexiest shows in a LONG time – MOONLIGHT
    Adios CBS…..
