		<description>To expand on Robert&#039;s point, net subscribers using TiVo hardware have been effectively flat for more than 2 years.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There were about as many TiVo DVR hardware using subscribers in Jan 2006 as there were in April 2008.</description>
