  1. Starr Manning's Lesbian Lover

The battle between BillO and Olby continues but the more interesting one is shaping up at 10 between Greta and Cooper. Greta still holds a small lead (think 15K) over the younger skewing Cooper. Greta is in trouble.

MSNBC’s strategy to go far left is attracting new viewers. Matthews and Abrams are up too. But have they topped out and how long will it last? We’ll see. Also, Obermann’s ratings took a jump with the McClellan interview, but they have come down some since then. Another factor in the Olbermann case is he has been getting quite a bit of attention lately and many people may be dropping by to see what he’s all about. Once they see that he is a loon they will more than likely move on. One last thing. Sometimes I watch him just because I want to watch his insanity.Watching him is like looking at a car wreck. I wonder how many people are watching him for that reason. Plenty, I would imagine.

  7. Hollywood

You’re right. Sometimes we watch shows we hate, shows that make us angry. Olbermann is the best example I can think of. If he would drop trying to goad Bill into striking back at him with his daily assaults, I doubt his ratings would be as high as they are.

“Sometimes I watch him just because I want to watch his insanity.Watching him is like looking at a car wreck. I wonder how many people are watching him for that reason. Plenty, I would imagine.”

that analogy works better for oreilly. people cant wait for him to start yelling and screaming about nbc or ge or immelt. did you happen to see his angry explosion with bernie goldberg and jane hall the other night? it was like inside edition all over again. that man is a ticking time bomb. so obviously your point about olbermann is clearly way off because that is exactly how oreilly is, and olbermann acts nothing like that falafel nutcase.

goldberg – “so you want them to quit?”
    oreilly – YEAH!

lol… that was just a portion of his rant where you can see in full on youtube. and during the whole time he was screaming and trying to make his rediculous point, jane hall was not allowed to say anything, it was just oreilly screaming.
