Tiger Woods making a charge on the back 9 to take the lead in the third round of the US Open in prime-time was enough to boost NBC to the viewership win on Saturday night.

But it was the consistent combo of Cops and America's Most Wanted for Fox that won the demo.

  1. So are they going to show the final round on NBC tomorrow during the day? What a great Open.

  6. Yes, I think the ESPN coverage starts at Noon Eastern and NBC at 2pm, but double check and don't take my word for it.

Interestingly, I think that while Tiger may have pushed US Open ratings to among their highest ever for Sat/Sun, if they average in the Monday playoff, which I expect they will, I think it drops the average way down.
