Frank, if you're a Nielsen family your 5 minutes of Fox viewing would be added in with all the other viewer data. If you're not a Nielsen family, your viewing doesn't count!

I question the Fox News ratings simply because I find myself everyday turinign to Fox for abut five minutes and then watching CNN for the rest of the evening. I guess I contributed to Fox ratings when I do that. I am a conservative but I think America's news reporting that is supposed to be fair and balanced is skewed and biased.

excel, while the data takes an extra hop or two before it gets to us, I’d be very surprised if the situation you describe (a similar pattern lasting multiple days) is due to a simple transcription error like the ones we had with the data on July 7. Of course, the number of different ways that people can make mistakes are quite large

These numbers for American Morning can’t be correct. Total viewers has been less than 300,000 for each day so far this week. It’s like they’ve suddenly lost 100,000 of their regular viewers. Are they all going over to Morning Joe instead?
