I have to agree with JimDandy. It really stinks to become infatuated with a show only to find the networks yank it for some unknown reason. What’s almost worse than yanking the show entirely is when they get you used to watching on a certain evening and suddenly rearrange it!

I won’t watch it because I was really in to Day Break when it was yanked and later Journeyman when it was yanked. I’ve learned my lesson from both ABC and NBC. I actually watch a lot less TV as a result of this crap. I really hate “reality” shows and want to watch something smarter, but the smart ones always seem to die quick. Best show on TV right now is house.

Oh wait, Captain Kirk is on Boston Legal – Its so easy to get all these lawyer shows mixed up! The guy from the Hunt for Red October was on Law & Order.

7 of 9 was on SHARK – Cancelled.
Captain Janeway was on the Black Donnelly's – Cancelled.

The Voyager crew doesnt have a good track record.

Captain Kirk is on Law & Order – hes done the best so far with 4 seasons and its still not cancelled. Even TJ Hooker ran for 5 seasons.

And me, apparently. It definitely got better as it went along. If “Life on Mars” wants life after 13 episodes, it really needs a strong pilot. That was the problem with “Journeyman.” The pilot was so-so. Apparently, if a show doesn’t grab viewers on the first night, it isn’t going to grab them…no matter how much word of mouth is spread about the show.

Maybe they could have the cast members from STNG and DS9 as guest stars. Maybe that would help. For some reason I still remember Meaney as the pilot of the plane that the terrorists tricked into crashing into the runway in DIE HARD 2. I guess he is hoping LOM doesnt end up the same way.

If it makes you feel any better, Colm Meaney was already replaced (O’Mara is the only one left from the original pilot).
