While I'm happy for Univision and think it should feel proud, and equallly think the broadcast networks should be ashamed, I wanted to set a little context.

In some ways, these still are the good old days for Univision. Adults 18-34 aren't watching broadcast network TV in droves. They're not watching as much TV in general, although there are still millions and millions watching they're spread out over dozens of channels. But Univision has an advantage over the broadcast networks here. There are dozens and dozens of channels available in English, and there just aren't nearly as many available in Spanish. While there is more than one choice, the choices are limited which isn't the case for English language programming.

I've posted the release as is, including some data tables with additional demographic data. Unfortunately, I couldn't format it in a way where it wouldn't run into our site's sidebars, but I left it in anyway because I figured some of the die-hard numbers junkies might want to take a look, even if a couple of the tables are hard to read.  It looked so awful I replaced the table with a small image that if you click, you'll be able to easily read.
