From my observations the NFL and Playoffs in NBA,NHL,MLB are the only things people go out to watch, either at a friends house or a bar. Sure, lots of people watch TV in hotels but it should be spread out enough that it would have very little impact on total viewership numbers. I think I watched that episode of house in an hotel room.
