Football dominated the charts, with NFL Sunday Night Football on NBC and Saturday Night Football on ABC-- the NCAA matchup between Ohio State and USC (since there may be some Buckeyes fans here, we won't revisit the score). 60 Minutes took the third spot, in what Nielsen has listed as a repeat - the airing also ranked eighth among 18-49 year olds.
The premiere of Fox'sweighed in at #12, and was fifth among 18-49 year olds. The encore airing of Sunday night was 45th, but 21st among 18-49 year olds. was also strong for Fox coming in at number eleven, and sixth among 18-49 year olds.
In what is still a light week with less competition until the season kicks into full gear next week, a repeat of Law & Order:on NBC made the list and America's was #20.
Overall, NBC led the pack with eight shows, including the top spot, followed by CBS with six, ABC with four, and Fox with two. Fox performed better among the top twenty list for 18-49 year old viewing, where it placed six shows. If you don't see an 18-49 ranking in the overall top twenty list below, it just means that the show wasn't among the top 28 shows in the 18-49 demographic that we received data for.
