Variety is reporting that ABC has cancelled Opportunity Knocks.
Alphabet made its first cancellation of fall, pulling the gamer after three episodes. ABC will air cut-down, hourlong "Dancing with the Stars" recap episodes, leading into the night's live results show, starting next Tuesday.
And while our Renew / Cancel Index isn't nearly as definitive about unscripted show futures, Opportunity Knocks was definitely in the danger zone.
Why am I not surprised?
I am not surprised that it was cancelled. I watched the first episode and was completely bored with it.
I worked on the show and let me say that it was the worst job ever!
