"THIS WEEK" GROWS YEAR TO YEAR, SEASON TO DATE 
AND 4th-QUARTER TO DATE

"THIS WEEK" INCREASES 54% AMONG TOTAL VIEWERS VS. LAST YEAR,
THE MOST OF THE SUNDAY DISCUSSION PROGRAMS

ABC News' "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" outperformed CBS' "Face the Nation" among Total Viewers and the key Adults 25-54 demographic for Sunday, October 26, 2008, according to Nielsen Media Research. Among Total Viewers, this is the third week in a row "This Week" beat "Face." With 3.36 million Total Viewers, "This Week" posted its largest total viewing advantage over CBS (580,000) in 6 years. The program's A25-54 advantage over CBS was 120,000. 

"This Week" continues to grow among both Total Viewers and the key Adults 25-54 demographic. Compared to last year, "This Week" grew 54% among Total Viewers and 24% among the key Adults 25-54 demographic. "This Week" also grew season-to-date and 4th Quarter to date; 34% among Adults 25-54 and 36% among Total Viewers. Finally, year-to-date, the program is up 14% among A25-54 and 10% among Total Viewers. 

George Stephanopoulos is the anchor of "This Week" and Ian Cameron is the executive producer. The program airs Sundays on the ABC Television Network.
