I can’t stand NBC, CBS, or ABC. I refuse to watch opinion nightly news. I want facts not manipulation and jaded reporting.
Obama bump
I can’t stand NBC….Way..way…way…too liberal. They refused to air an anit-abortion ad that was supposed to be aired during SuperBowl 2009 stating they will not air any political or advocacy advertisements…..yet they are going to be airing an inappropriate sexual PETA ad. It’s just plain ridiculous. I have “blacked” out all of my NBC stations.
Brian, huh? Do you read the internets? NBC is not airing the PETA ad, and PETA knew NBC wouldn’t, and so did the Anti-abortionists. it just winds up being great *free* (which is cheaper than the cost of a 30 second spot in the Superbowl by at least 2.4 million dollars) PR to drive up views on youtube and the like.
Brian, indeed, remove head from sand. What is interesting to me about that PETA campaign (as opposed to campaigns to educate people about animal mistreatment, for example) is the apparent objective. It’s not like it’s *introducing* the concept of vegetarianism to people, except perhaps the most dim. “Hey, you mean I don’t *have* to eat meat?”
Or perhaps I am just way to literal and the objective is simply to lure eyeballs to the PETA site to watch hot babes.
