MIAMI, FL, February 23, 2009 - Univision's February 20th 2009 one-hour grand finale of its phenomenally successful novela "Fuego en la Sangre" (Burning for Revenge) left the English-language networks in ashes as it captured the #1 spot for the 9:00-10:00 pm time period among all Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49, regardless of language, according to Nielsen's NPM Fast Affiliate Ratings.

The "Fuego en la Sangre" finale also helped Univision take the #1 spot for the entire night from 8:00-11:00 pm among all Adults 18-34, Adults 18-49, Persons 12-34, and Teens 12-17, beating ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox in the process. In addition, the telecast currently ranks within the Top 10 Primetime Novela Finales of all-time (1992-2009 to-date) for the Univision Network among Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-49.
