WWE Raw led the week with 6.4 million average viewers. The Closer is winding down to its series finale and was in second with 5.89 million. I've seen some talk about how far down The Closer's ratings are, but considering it's competing with The Bachelor (which has been on fire ratings-wise this season), 24, Heroes and Two and a Half Men on the broadcast nets, I think the numbers are impressive.
Disney's Dadnapped put a beat down on Nickelodeon's Spectacular! , it lead Spectacular by about 1.3 million head-to-head (note, because of the way I received the data, only the first hour of Spectacular! is listed in "other shows, but for the full airing Spectacular averaged 3.3 million, to Dadnapped's 4.6 million), but even a rebroadcast of Dadnapped beat the first airing of Spectacular!.
Monk's season finale came in third with 5.54 million. Burn Notice is off from its season highs but still doing nicely.
I have listed a bunch of other shows as well, please note that shows outside of the top 20 are not ranked. They are sorted by viewers but thousands of airings have been omitted. You can't really draw any conclusions about the numbers for shows not listed.
Does it mean much that years old reruns of That's So Raven beat your show? Probably not, the best airing of That's So Raven beat over 10,000 shows! Including:
- South Park (repeat)
- Battlestar Galactica (new)
- Kyle XY (new)
- The Beast (new)
- Moonlight (repeat)
- Damages (new)
Bow down to Raven Simone! As for Damages, I don't know if I can stick with it. Normally I can easily suspend disbelief. But, it would probably take five paragraphs to list all the reasons I can't see Arthur Frobisher as Patty's client. I'll spare you the five paragraphs.
