On Friday, March, 13, 2009 Disney Channel’s hit original series “Phineas and Ferb performed at near record setting levels, ranking as the series’ second-most-watched telecast on record in Total Viewers (3.7 million) and Tweens 9-14 (1.4 million), behind only its series launch on February 1, 2008.  Moreover, Friday’s telecast was its top-rated in Kids 6-11 in almost 6 months (1.7 million), ranking among the show’s Top 4 most-watched ever.

“Phineas and Ferb” stood as Friday’s No. 1 TV telecast in Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14, and cable’s most-watched in Total Viewers.  In fact, Disney Channel delivered Friday’s Top 3 TV telecasts in Tweens 9-14 with Phineas and Ferb, theatrical Big Fat Liar and a replay of The Suite Life on Deck.  In Kids 6-11, Disney Channel was home to TV’s Top 2 telecasts with Phineas and Ferb and Big Fat Liar.
