For the week of March, 16, 2009, Disney Channel rose to the top of the charts on a Total Day basis, standing as TV's No. 1 network in Tweens 9-14, delivering the week's No. 1 TV telecast with Sunday's original, and home to a majority 7 of 10 overall. In Prime, Disney Channel marked its 207th straight week at No. 1 in Kids 6-11 and its 203rd in Tweens 9-14.
In Total Viewers, Disney Channel ranked as cable's No. 2 network in Prime and delivered the week's No. 1 scripted cable telecast with Sunday's original. Impressively, since returning with all new episodes on March 1, has grown in Viewers on each telecast, with Sunday's airing the show's most-watched original in 4 months - since 11/23/08. Moreover, Sundays' qualified as TV's No. 1 telecast of the week in Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14.
Playhouse Disney's Mickey Mouse Clubhouse enjoyed another solid week, with its back-to-back Saturday morning's telecasts ranking among the week's Top 5 TV telecasts in target Kids 2-5. Additionally, this week marked the hit series' 21st consecutive week in the Top 10 on an overall program basis in the key preschool demo.
