It's Good To Be Bad As Oxygen Greenlights Fourth Season Of 'Bad Girls Club' On Heels of Record Breaking Ratings

'Bad Girls Club' Season Three Becomes Oxygen's First Series Ever To Average Over One Million Viewers; Drives Unprecedented 70 Million Page Views, a 499% Increase Over Season Two

New York, NY - April 2, 2009 - Coming off a phenomenal third season with record breaking numbers on air and online, Oxygen has renewed "Bad Girls Club" for a fourth season. "Bad Girls Club" season three became Oxygen's first series ever to average over one million viewers per episode, with 397,000 W18-34, 533,000 W18-49, 727,000 A18-49 and one million total viewers. From Bunim-Murray, the groundbreaking producers of The Real World, "Bad Girls Club" is currently casting for the new season.

"Bad Girls Club" now holds the title as the network's most successful series among its target demo, W18-34. It also boasted the youngest season on Oxygen with a median age of 26. Tuesday (3/31) night's reunion special became Oxygen's most watched telecast in network history with 437,000 W18-34, 639,000 W18-49, 950,000 A18-49 and 1.4 million total viewers.

Driving unprecedented numbers for Oxygen's digital assets, "Bad Girls Club" page views for season three reached over 70 million, a 499% increase over season two, while video streams for season three reached 8.8 million streams, an 87% increase over the previous season.

"Bad Girls Club" also recently dominated online space during the season finale (3/27) reaching one of the top ten topics on Twitter against atypical competition during the presidential address.

"Bad Girls Club" takes 'bad behavior' to the next level with a cast of young women who are powerfully bold, outrageously funny and endlessly entertaining. "Bad Girls Club" brings seven new 'bad girls' together in a beautiful Los Angeles mansion. These women recognize that their outrageous behavior has hindered their relationships, careers and lives.
