TOP MODEL Ranks First in the Hour with Women 18-34 and Females 12-34;  Ranks Close Second with Adults 18-34

April 9, 2009 (Burbank, CA) – For the second consecutive week, The CW’s AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL won the 8:00-9:00p.m. time period among its target young women demos, including women 18-34 (2.7/9) and females 12-34 (2.5/8) as well as persons 12-34 (1.7/6), according to preliminary live plus same day Nielsen ratings for Wednesday, April 8, 2009.

TOP MODEL ranked second in the hour with adults 18-34 (1.9/6), just 0.1 behind FOX, and women 18-49 (2.5/7-tie).  TOP MODEL beat ABC and NBC in the hour among adults 18-49 (1.7/5).

TOP MODEL matched last week’s telecast in adults 18-34, and was virtually on-par among adults 18-49 and persons 12-34.

At 9:00p.m., the cycle 12 recap episode of TOP MODEL earned The CW’s best performance in the time period since March 4 (the second hour of the TOP MODEL debut) in all key demos, including women 18-34 (1.7/4), adults 18-34 (1.2/3), females 12-34 (1.6/5), persons 12-34 (1.1/6) and women 18-49 (1.3/3) and adults 18-49 (0.9/2).
