Prison Break returns tonight for a two hour installment between 8p-10pm (but the first hour is a repeat). Though without Dollhouse and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, I think there will be less interest in the Friday night ratings, I do believe fans of those shows will be looking to see how Prison Break does.
Last week, FOX averaged about a 1.4 adults 18-49 rating for the night (1.3 for TSCC, 1.4 for Dollhouse). If Prison Break does better there might be a little freaking out. And if it does worse, some people will be "See! FOX neeeeeds Dollhouse and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles!
My guess is it will do about the same to slightly better than last week's numbers, a 1.5-1.6 wouldn't surprise me . Doing noticeably worse would surprise me. We'll know tomorrow morning.
Update: my lack of Prison Break knowledge is showing. Sorry! As Alex points out in the comments, the first hour is a repeat (confirmed), so we'll only really be looking at the 9p-10p hour comparisons...unless a repeat of Prison Break outperforms the TSCC finale at 8pm...
Is it two original hours of Prison Break tonight? I vaguely remember reading that they were replaying the final episode before hiatus at 8 and then an original episode at 9. If it is a repeat at 8 then it beating the TSCC finale or even pulling the same numbers is a nail on top of the final nail in the TSCC coffin.
I am however fully expecting Fox to pull similar numbers to last week this week. And similar numbers again next week.

TFan, not really in general. Though definitely on Saturdays our traffic was boosted by TSCC and Dollhouse airing on Fridays. Saturdays are typically lower traffic days (Sundays, too) and that is still the case, but the drop off from Friday to Saturday was much less pronounced.
The overnight report for Monday (on Tuesday mornings) is definitely one of the most viewed overnight reports. But there are a lot of shows people like on that night besides Chuck. The separate posts on Dollhouse, Chuck, etc, do get some views, but not nearly at the level of the overnight reports and the renew/cancel posts.

My prediction: PB will beat TSCC badly. And I don’t even know how well PB has done before.
Ive been with this show since the beginning and I haven’t missed an episode. Theres still enough for a show in there somewhere and I hope they find it to go out with a decent enough bang to make people remember how good it was at points in the first season.
I’ll predict a 1.7 for the first hour, 1.9 for the second, because the American public seems to love them some stupid crap.
Not good… Prison break was roughgly better than TSCC after that long of hiatus… I’d say it will probably have numbers a little bit stronger than dollhouse, 1.5 – 1.6 maybe.
1.3-1.5 for the first hour.
1.7-2.0 for the second hour.

Robert, PB doing worse / better than Dollhouse is good or bad for Dollhouse? If it does better, it shows that Dollhouse is not a great show ratings wise, but is a better lead-in. If it does worse, it’s a worse lead-in, but Dollhouse will seem better in comparison. What do you think?
It is proved in last weeks that Friday is not suitable for Sci-Fi shows, in which, shows in any other day of week having more than 5.700 m viewers reduces below 4.000m viewers. However, since PB is Not SCIFI show, it can have more viewers that dollhouse and TSSC. It can even have numbers above 2.0 demo, if the Friday audience (who doesnot like scifi) likes this kind of shows..we ll see..

I like Prison Break , but i do like dollhouse more and i which it will do better than Terminator so that Dollhouse will have a good lead to it , give dollhouse a chance it will rock you world , it is not a one deminsional show its amazing
Well, I’ll be watching. I’m much more interested in how this show heads toward its finale than I was in anything that ever happened on Dollhouse, or most of what went on with SCC this year.
I think both hours will outperform what SCC and Dollhouse were doing, though not by all that much,
