Nearly 40 million unique visitors turn to site for “A Fuller Spectrum of News” 

REDMOND, Wash. – April 20, 2009 – For the tenth consecutive month, beat both and Yahoo! News and was named the #1 Current Events and Global News Site according to Nielsen Online. In March, attracted 39.9 million unique visitors as consumers turned to the site for a fuller spectrum of news, including expansive coverage of the economy, breaking news stories, lifestyle features and the latest sports updates. March Highlights: 
• had 39.9 million unique visitors in March – a 5% lead over Yahoo! News (37.9 million) and 3% more than (38.7 million).*
