  1. cool

    where’s the CSI spin? :(

  2. Survivor Rocks Thursday!

Its 18-49 demo was the second highest of the night! beating CSI hahaha

  3. this season really has been great.

  4. I agree. It’s the first season I’ve watched in years and they did a wonderful job of casting.

  5. robert,

it helps that they’ve started to use real people again and not just a bunch of wanna be actors from Cali.

  6. Sam

How much longer before Coach is gone! What an idiot!

  7. P@

it helps that they’ve started to use real people again

Wait. Coach is a real person!?!

  8. Mumbo

Yeah, this season’s been pretty good, very nice balance among the cast.

Usually Survivor is pretty good for avoiding the trashy aspect of reality TV, and somehow after 18 seasons I keep coming back.

  9. AZTop

18 seasons (nine years) and Survivor still wins its time slot. Not bad. I’d like to know how expensive Survivor is for CBS compared to other reality shows.

  10. Coach is freakin funny! he’s unbelievable!

    I love Stephen he rocks!!!

The season has been really funny and has a lot of cool and wow moments!

    Survivor Tocantins rocks!

  11. TomSD

    Best season since China (15).
It’s funny how every season since season 12 people are saying that Survivor will end the following year and right now, it’s the second best show CBS has in the 18-49 demo.

  12. AZTop

I agree TomSD. I was one who thought Survivor was done last year. It certainly doesn’t get a lot of love from anyone on this site! :) This is the best season in quite awhile. Where did they find Coach? I love Jeff Probst openly making fun oh Coach at Tribal Council. You got to love it.

  13. AZTop, it’s not a matter of “no love for Survivor”. We don’t bother to predict the future of any unscripted shows because (1) *far* fewer people care about them, and (2) our prediction method, that worked quite well for scripted shows, didn’t work well at all for unscripted shows. On a daily basis, I typically focus on big ups and downs from the previous night. Since Survivor has been very steady (which is good for the show) it hasn’t been that newsworthy to me!

  14. Jesse

The most addicting show on TV. I started watching for the first time in like 7 years when Gabon came on because it looked so good in HD, and I got hooked on the characters and the strategy, and now I really can’t get enough Survivor.
