Water boarding is a crime, has been a crime, at least since Nurenburg. President Bush and his people broke the law and they knew it. They wanted to torture to get some connection between Al-Qaida and Iraq. History shows that torture assures false confessions and that is what they wanted. These are FACTs that a real journalist should be mentioning when discussing America's actions these last eight years. America used to pride itself for it humane treatment . America does not torture. America should not be killing thousands of people because we are afraid. This whole thing should have been treated as a crime, not a war, but then Bush would not have gotten the CAPITAL he so badly wanted. You journalists, our congress and we who did not show more outrage should be ashamed, but the President , Vice-President and their lawyers should be prosecuted.
