Two weeks ago, Prison Break season 4 ended in the US, and many fans were left in the dark about what happened to Scofield. Even though episode 23 and 24 of Prison Break never aired on US television they are available on BitTorrent, and that didn’t go unnoticed to the millions of of dedicated followers of the show.

well at least some ppl somewhere are watching it…
it was on hulu. why bother with a torrent, when its actually on hulu?
a download can be easily shown on a nice big hdtv (with a $100 sammy upscaling dvd player w/ USB port and divx support). Hulu can’t.
I’m pretty sure that the finale episodes that are on Hulu are the Fox finale, the episodes: Rate Of Exchange / Killing Your Number and that “The Final Break” was only available on DVD (at least in the US), and, obviously, torrent download.
Robert’s exactly right – The Final Break isn’t available anywhere but DVD and illegal downloads. Fox purposely put it on dvd so they could make more money on it, greedy schmucks that they are. (Not that I particularly care since I gave PB ages ago but I’m happy to bash Fox anytime.)
I’ve seen everything that Fox aired from Prison Break…So what have I not seen? The Final Break? Is that all, or are there 2 other episodes besides that?
@shelly, the studio was trying to give the show a series finale after FOX network cancelled it. I’m sure fans of other canceled shows would love to have such a situation.
According to the nfo of that torrent
Episode 22 was indeed the series finale of this show. However, two bonus episodes were produced, and FOX decided not to air them.
These episodes take place after most of the events in E22, but before the ’4 years later’ time jump.
What Cylon said, Jon K. Those episodes are not the series finale, they’re filler. And I hate Fox the network, not Fox the studio (though are the part of the same?) and have plenty of reasons to do so, none of which have to do with Prison Break. But I digress.
Seetypist, other than the Final Break, there is no more.
Well, FOX studio profits off the DVDs, not the network, so you’re bashing the wrong one.
So is The Final Break the same as the 2 seperate episodes that have been going around the internet for a while? EP. 23 & 24 I think there are numbered…
Jon K, my hate is directed toward whichever entity that treats good shows like crap (network), and has nothing to do with dvds. Okay?
Iv seen them on UK TV lol (episodes 23 and 24) it was sooooo good!!
FOX, the network, never ordered or licensed these episodes. Fox, the studio, made more than requested. (Ditto “King of the Hill” and “Dullhouse.”) In fact, I’m told FOX actually tried to cut “Prison Break’s” season order from 22 to 16 (in order to be done with it in December). Fox, the studio, wasn’t having any of that.
This is not to say that FOX, the network, doesn’t deliberately leave episodes of in-house productions unaired, to give viewers an incentive to buy the DVD. “Back to You” comes immediately to mind.
Slightly off-topic but related to Prison Break: Robert Knepper (T-Bag) is joining the cast of Heroes next season.
Anyone want to email me a synopsis of the unaired episodes off line? jimdirect@aol.com
Thanks
Jim

Such as this? http://preview.tinyurl.com/lmlsny
The spoiler alert goes without saying, but the inexplicably bad DVD cover art is perhaps more deserving of a warning.
Wow. The closest analogy I’m coming up with as to how bad this was is “The Quasar Kill” episode of “Cannon.”
What is BitTorrent?
Big Daddy, BitTorrent is the popular peer to peer file sharing (transfer) protocol (process).
