Recording its largest Weekly Total Day audience in Kids 6-11 in nearly 2 years (858,000/3.5 rating – since week of 8/17/07), and third-biggest on record, Disney Channel was TV’s No. 1 network for the 3rd week running, delivering 18 of TV’s Top 20 telecasts in the key demos.

In Tweens 9-14 (713,000/2.9 rating), airing 16 of the week’s Top 20 TV telecasts, Disney Channel stood as TV’s No. 1 network for the 9th consecutive week.

In Prime, Disney Channel delivered its 223rd consecutive win in Kids 6-11 (1.3 million/5.3 rating) and 219th in Tweens 9-14 (1.1 million/4.4 rating), and placed an ultra-competitive No. 2 among all cable in Total Viewers (3.0 million), falling just 6% shy of No. 1 USA (3.2 million), and surpassing third-place TNT by a hefty 30% (2.3 million).

• A replay of previous week’s high-ranking “Hannah Montana” on Tuesday (7:00 – 8:00 p.m.), the week’s No. 2 TV telecast in key kid demos, ranked a dominant No. 1 in its time period, towering over runner-up Nickelodeon by 81% in Kids 6-11 (1.6 million vs. 886,000) and by 133% in Tweens 9-14 (1.4 million vs. 601,000).

o In Total Viewers, the series was cable’s most-watched telecast at 7 o’clock, surpassing No. 2 USA by 16% (3.7 million vs. 3.2 million).

o As a reminder, the original airing of the one-hour “Hannah Montana” the prior week on Sunday, July 5, 2009 became TV’s No. 1 entertainment series telecast of 2009 in Tweens 9-14 and the No. 3-ranked in Kids 6-11.

Averaging all telecasts, Playhouse Disney series accounted for 3 of TV’s Top 10 programs in target Kids 2-5 demo: “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse” (No. 6 – 554,000/3.4 rating), “Handy Manny” (No. 7 – 521,000/3.2 rating) and “Imagination Movers” (No. 9 – 505,000/3.1 rating).
