Yankees - Red Sox 15 inning battle is second-most-watched program in YES Network history

Friday night's extra-innings affair between the New York Yankees and their rivals the Boston Red Sox was the second-most-watched program in the history of the YES Network.

The Game, won 2-0 by the Bronx Bombers, courtesy of Alex Rodriguez's 15th-inning walk-off home run, averaged a 9.6 household rating in the New York DMA, translating into 984,000 total viewers in the New York DMA, according to Nielsen Media Research data.
