Ratings continue to decline for TLC's Jon & Kate Plus 8.
Monday's show - in which Jon complained that Kate's yelling is "constantly annoying" - attracted only 3.5 million viewers.
That's down nearly 4 million viewers from the week before and far from the show's record 10.6 million viewers in June (when they announced their separation
OMG! Will John & Kate reconcile to save he ratings!? I don't know. I also don't know which of Monday night's episodes averaged 3.5 million. I do know that the show was not down nearly four million from the previous week.
The Monday 8/3 airings of J&K Plus 8:
9pm: 3.989 million
9:30pm: 4.169 million.
I'm guessing US totaled the episodes from last week, rather than averaging them before doing their subtraction. It's the only way the math works. That math is still wrong, of course, but I suppose that's beside the point. The central point that America's love affair with J&K is on the wane is correct. But if it averaged 3.5 million on Monday, it was down from the previous week and by more than 12%, but hardly plummeting week over week.
Imgine a show w/o Kate yelling at me?
Without the drama & fighting and tension….this show is a SNOOZEFEST!

the show has turned into both of the whining about photogs – as if it is about their privacy since they’re dragging around a video crew

Why doesnt she just have OctoMoM move in with her so she can begin a torrid lesbian affair? That would get ratings.
The show could be called:
THE WILD AND WACKY ADVENTURES OF KATE AND OCTOMOM PLUS 22 MINUS JON AND THE OCTOMOM SPERM PLUS A HORDE OF PAPARAZZI HANGING FROM THE TREES.
