NPM Broadcast Prime Highlights Week of 08/10/09

  • Univision was the #1 ranked network on Monday (1.1 million), Wednesday (1.3 million), Thursday (1.2 million) and Friday (1.1 million) night among all Adults 18-34, regarless of language.
  • Among Adults 18-49 (1.9 million) and Teens 12-17 (207,000) Univision was the #1 primetime network on Friday night
  • The Top 3 Programs on Friday night among Adults 18-34 were on Univision with #1 “Mañana Es Para Siempre” (Tomorrow is Forever), #2 “En Nombre del Amor” (In the Name of Love) and #3 “La Rosa de Guadalupe” (The Rose of Guadalupe). Additionally, “Mañana Es Para Siempre” (Tomorrow is Forever) was the #1 program on three other nights (Monday, Wednesday and Thusday) among Adults 18-34.
  • Among Adults 18-49, Univision had two of the Top Programs on Friday night with #1 “Mañana Es Para Siempre” (Tomorrow is Forever) and #3 “En Nombre del Amor” (In the Name of Love). Additionally, “Mañana Es Para Siempre” (Tomorrow is Forever) ranked as one of the Top 3 Programs for the night on Monday(#3), Wednesday (#3) and Thursday(#2) among Adults 18-49.
  • Univision was the #2 network in the country in overall prime among all Adults 18-34 (941,000) and Teens 12-17 (157,000) beating ABC, CBS, NBC, and CW. Additionally, Univision ranked #1 among Kids 2-11 (363,000), #4 among Persons 18-49 (1.7 million) beating ABC and CW, #5 among Households (1.9 million) and Persons 2+ (3.1 million).
  • Univision out-delivered ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX every night among Adults 18-34 and on 6 out of 7 nights among Adults 18-49 and Teens 12-17.
  • For the week, Univision had 9 of the Top 20 Programs, more than any other network, among Adults 18-34 and 5 of the Top 20 Shows among Adults 18-49 and Teens 12-17.
  • “En Nombre del Amor” (In the Name of Love) made Univision the #1 network in the M-F 8-9pm hour among Adults 18-34 (1.2 million), Women 18-34 (753,000) and ranked at #3 among Adults 18-49 (1.9 million) and Women 18-49 (1.2 million).
  • “Mañana Es Para Siempre” (Tomorrow is Forever) helped Univision capture the #1 network ranking in the M-F 9pm to 10pm hour among Adults 18-34 (1.5 Million), Women 18-34 (895,000) and #2 among Adults 18-49 (2.6 million), Women 18-49 (1.6 million.
  • Thanks to Univision’s M-F 10-11pm checker-board programming the network garnered the #1 position in the hour among Adults 18-34 (896,000).
  • “Sabado Gigante” (Giant Saturday) made Univision the #2 broadcast network on Saturday night among Adults 18-34 (490,000) and #3 among Kids 2-11 (202,000).
  • On Sunday Univision was the #4 network for the night among Adults 18-34, beating NBC.
