In another week with a lot of new TV show DVD releases, House lead the pack in unit sales (223,000), with Smallville in second place (183,000). Dexter, last week's leader fell to #6.
After 15 weeks, the first season of True Blood is has now (on a revenue basis) moved up to the 9th best selling DVD of the season. No other TV shows are in the top 50 overall for the year. And although its far below its initial levels, this week's sales were 28% above last weeks.
Also launching DVD sales this week were NCIS, One Tree Hill, Scrubs, and WWE: The Rise and Fall of WCW.
