But alert reader "Linda" noted this Craigslist ad for a casting call that hints at the renewal of Law & Order Criminal Intent. You be the judge.

[HISPANIC DAUGHTER] Female, Latina, 7-11 Years Old. Cute, Innocent and confused as to why
her dad is taking her to the police station. She would be scared if she knew they were trying to
protect her from being killed. (1 LINE)
[ASIAN GIRL] Female, Asian, 5-9 Years Old. Shy and cute, nervous and scared. Asks our
detectives for a soda. (1 LINE)
Though the posting may be a legitimate casting call for mostly young kids who give only one line, given all the flavors of L&O, a typo about which flavor is always possible!
They do casting calls on Craigslist?
The write-ups for each of the parts is larger than their one-line parts. LOL
It really wouldn’t surprise me if L&O got a ninth season its doing great, but so is a lot of USA’s series Monk, Psych, Burn Notice, In Plain Sight, Royal Pains. Anyway, the series may move to another night as USA is interested in moving In Plain Sight to 9 on sundays and premiering a new show at 10. Next year Burn Notice and Royal Pains are likely to be together again and Monk is ending September which will but Psych with the new White Collar.
Goldblum also did an interview where he said that they were expected to begin filming in about a month or so. There is also suppose to be some major change next year as well.
It seems likly will get another but just wish they would hurry up and make it offical and sharon where is this interview with Goldblum

I’d expect the 9th season will air on USA spring of next year and then rerun on NBC summer 2010. Criminal Intent, Smallville, and Scrubs are the few shows left that premiered in the 2001-2002 season.
24 premiered as part of the 2001-2002 season also, I believe.
I never doubted L&O CI would be renewed, this isnt news to me
these seem fake. They usually don’t describe what people are going to do when they have casting calls, that would not only give away whether or not it’s being renewed but basically what the plot of the entire episode is.
