With 2 college football games in the top 3 cable primetime shows for the week ESPN easily kept its perch on top the average prime-time cable network viewership for the week of September 7-13, 2009. In second place was non-sports season leader USA. Fox News moved ahead of Disney for third place.
In primetime adults 18-49 ESPN's maintained a substantial lead over second place USA.
Nickelodeon, as usual, took the #1 spot for Total Day cable viewers with Disney Channel back at #2 for the week, with USA a surprisingly strong third.

Speaking of college football, is there any info on how Michigan/ND did? I know you guys probably didn’t see the data since it wasn’t primetime, but wondering if there were any press releases that I missed?
Julia, all I saw is that it had a 5.6 overnight HH rating. USC/Ohio State had a 7.2 overnight rating, if that’s any help…
Those Michigan ratings will go up as soon as they play Ohio State!
