MADONNA VISITS CBS's "LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN," WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 30 ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK
Superstar Madonna will visit the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN, Wednesday, Sept. 30 (11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
This will mark the music icon’s eighth appearance on the CBS broadcast — she was last interviewed on the show on Jan. 11, 2007, with prior sit-down interviews on Oct. 20, 2005, Nov. 11, 2003, Nov. 3, 2000 and her memorable appearance on March 31, 1994. She also made a brief cameo appearance Feb. 13, 1995, when she delivered Valentine’s candy and flowers to Letterman. On Dec. 28, 1998, she appeared in a taped celebrity Top Ten List of the “Top Ten Things Beautiful Women Love About Dave.”
The LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN is a production of Worldwide Pants Incorporated. Barbara Gaines, Matt Roberts, Jude Brennan, Maria Pope and Rob Burnett are the executive producers.

Madonna, the person called a “piece of gristle” by her own husband is back. Big deal. I’d rather see an actual piece of gristle talk to Dave. It’d be more interesting than Madonna. It could tell us about its slaughterhouse experience or about the time it was chewed on by a dog and then spit out though, to be fair, Madonna looks pretty chewed up and spit out too. Plus I assume a piece of gristle wouldn’t use a phoney British accent.

Love Madonna on Letterman. Always interesting when she shows up. And to Chic Doodles, why do you bother responding and wasting your time on someone you don’t care about? I don’t get it…Plus, Guy didn’t say that. The British tabloids made that story up. And I have no idea what you mean by a fake accent. She sounds American to me…Proper and grammatically correct english is not the same as a British accent. Most Americans just don’t have her vocabulary.

This is VERY EXCITING and I’m sure the numbers will reflect it. People still LOVE Madonna! She is absolutely AMAZING. I love how people still hate on her, it’s really incredible. If it was not a big deal, it would not be a press release. When other stars go on LETTERMAN, there’s not an announcement like this, you have to be a SUPERSTAR. How much money has she made in the last two years? And it’s not off singing the oldies! Selling out stadiums WORLDWIDE a tiny little woman who had a dream and made something HUGE of herself that millions of people “get”. VIVA Madonna! Your still being TALKED about, big time! Chic Doodles is a piece of gristle herself, though I doubt half as interesting. Madonna is still relevant today that’s why she’s being invited over for appearances. Where have you been lately, anyway? Plying the streets at night?
