FL ON FOX OFF TO BEST START EVER
The NFL on FOX is off to its best ratings start ever thanks to a strong 11.9/26 (19.3 million viewers) for the Sunday, Sept. 27 singleheader. Sunday posted an 11.9/26 HH rating/share, a huge +37% improvement over last year's 8.7/17 on the comparable Sunday. FOX's singleheader beat both CBS's National Game (10.9/21) and NBC's Sunday Night game (10.7/17) to rank as the top-rated window of Week 3.
FOX's NFL season is off to a spectacular start. Through three weeks FOX is on a record-setting pace for both HH rating (11.2/24) and average audience (18.4 mill.). Compared to last season FOX is up by a remarkable +23% in HH rating (11.2/24 vs. 9.1/19), +27% in average audience (18.4 mill. vs. 14.5), and more than +20% across the major male demographics.

FOX NFL SUNDAY is beating The NFL Today by +20% in Homes (3.0/8 vs. 2.5/6), and +15% in average audience (4.4 mill. vs. 3.8). This time last year those margins were +7% and +4% respectively.

They don’t go on to mention causes do they?
Any chance the same number of people are watching, but they do it at home instead of at bars so more tvs are on? Is that an insane suggestion?
I do not think it is an insane suggestion that more people are staying home where TV viewing is measured instead of going to bars, where it isn’t. I think I made that suggestion myself during the first week’s results. It might not be true, and we have no way to validate it, but it’s not an insane suggestion!
well if they keep haveing all of the broadcast problems they should close up shop cbs is fine the skins game has been messed up for the past 3 weeks thanks for the bad service once again
