our web host (Rackspace) had some problems with the server farm we're on in its data center that caused intermittent access problems between ~11:50a-12:30p PT today. Everything seems to be functioning normally now. We apologize for any inconvenience.

i completely agree. After 4+ months we don’t have anything but good things to say about the Rackspace Cloud.
