Powered by a competitive high-profile Cowboys-Broncos matchup, FOX’s National Game on Oct. 4 averaged a 13.1/25 HH rating/share, with 22.0 million viewers, and ranks as the highest-rated and most-watched program of the week (9/28-10/4) in all of television in households and across key male and adult demos including M18-34 (9.4), M18-49 (11.4), M25-54 (12.2), and A18-49 (8.4). Sunday’s game was up year-to-year in households 13.1/25 vs. 13.0/35, it also posted increases across key male and adult demos including M18-34 (+2%), M18-49 (+6%), M25-54 (+3%), A18-49 (+4%) and average audience (+4%). Season-to-date, FOX’s National Game is averaging a 13.9/27 (23.5 million viewers), up +7% over last year’s 13.0/25 in HH and up +12% in average audience (21.0 mill).
FOX’s NFL post-game show, THE OT, averaged a 7.2/13 (12.0 million viewers) on Sunday, good enough to dominate NBC’s Football Night in America by +132% on households and +148% on average audience. Season-to-date, THE OT is averaging a 7.1/12 (11.8 million viewers), up +8% over last year’s 6.6/12 in households, and up +13% in average audience (vs. 10.4 million).
