Season Two Average of "The Rachel Zoe Project” Up Double Digits Versus Season One
NEW YORK – October 13, 2009 – Season three of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing" returned with a bang, marking its highest rated season premiere, with 819,000 total viewers and 552,000 adults 18-49 tuning in to see how the recession affected LA's hard-working agents, according to Nielsen Media Research. Versus the prior four week time period, the show saw double digit increases across the board, up 63 percent increase among total viewers and 53 percent increase among adults 18-49.

The season two finale of "The Rachel Zoe Project” also scored double digit increases, with the entire season averaging 837,000 total viewers and 593,000 adults 18-49, up 22 percent and 13 percent, respectively versus the season one average. The season finale earned 844,000 total viewers and 602,000 adults 18-49.

In next week's episode of "Million Dollar Listing,” which returns to its regular time slot of Mondays at 10pm ET/PT, Josh's grandmother gives him a tip about real estate in a down market, so he lists a plot of land in a golf course community, while simultaneously trying to ink a deal in Bel Air in under 24-hours. Chad lands a gem of a listing in LA's "Golden Triangle,” but quickly finds the market's enthusiasm for the neighborhood has tarnished. Also, Madison discovers that no matter how strong his business relationships might be, the numbers don't always add up.

Fuuny how Bravo’s highest rated shows shows are definately not “film and the performing arts”.

Of the three Realtors, Josh Flagg is the most likeable, intelligent, down to earth, and decent. He is a real person, with great charisma and personality. He is just plain liekable. Madison may not be the sharpest tack in the box, but he tries hard, and bottom line, he gets great listings and does a great job of selling them, and he is likeable as well. Madison is a bit delusional however; hopefully he can end up coping with the fact that he really is gay, and that that is not a bad thing or anything to be ashamed of. As to Chad Rogers, he makes my skin crawl… truly one of the foulest most obsequious nasty little worms to ever hold a real estate license… he is mean, condescending, and weirdly obsessed with his ridiculous hair.. It is clear that his hair is his identity… It would be interesting to see how would act if his hair was suddenly shaved off.. it might actually make him more humble and human.. but probably not. I cannot fathom anyone with a brain who has watched the show, listing their property with him. The episode where his mother (who has had 9 too many face jobs) and he serve the vulnerable client her favorite cake, was truly sickening… this adult woman was treated like an ignorant daft simpleminded child… Truly GROSS… what is amazing to me is that Chad thinks he is some hot s-h-i-t… but the truth is anything but that. I believe in Karma and that people get what they deserve… and I don’t see a great real estate career in Chad Rogers future. One more thing, it is so cruel that the little dog is kept in darkness in a carrying case to use as a heart-warmer and deal maker on his calls.. whether Chad conciously realized it or not, he knew that his own icy heart needed the cloaking of a warm little puppy to make him look better. Also, can’t imagine why the girlfriend is with him other than he has some money.. but my crystal ball tells me that she will dump him soon enough and never look back.
