Wow, everyone is way down– except for Beck, who gets over 3 million viewers. Last week he was around 2.5 million most of the week. I hope Anita is watching closely from the basement of the White House.
FOX kickin the O networks to the curb!
lmao
I see Ubberdouche and his illegitimate man child Ragging Ray Madcow have had their ratings drop significantly in the last 4 weeks. It seems like they are losing viewers on a weekly basis that can’t be explained away by summer vacations, and lower seasonal viewers. I wonder if it may be that the slower young left have changed from the propaganda channel to watch the mindless drivel channels and catch up on their new shows. Those that stay informed, stay informed year round, not just between commercial breaks.
Olbermann and Maddow continue on their embarrassing disastrous downward shame spirals. Sharon, today’s excuse?
It is a real insult that the white house claims that Fox News is an arm of the GOP. I think that they dont like the fact that Fox News is the one network that actually takes the president to task on the issues. However, they also have many people who support the president yet the white house does not acknowledge that. They always single out Beck, Hannity and Oreilly but they forget that they are commentators who are allowed to take sides. They fail to acknowledge people like Bill Hemmer, Jon Scott, Shepard Smith and others who are reporters not commentators but they want to play to the far left by attacking Beck oreilly and Hannity. They are just whining because fox news presents both sides of the issues not bowing to and being in awe of the president like all the other networks do.
By my count that is the biggest audience for Beck since 9/10 right before the tea party.
Both Olbermann and Maddow had the night off last night. It does seem when Keith is off viewership is down between 10-20%.
Countdown until Rachel Maddow scores a scratch?
Monday Night Football had to have a huge audience, great game! That siphoned off some viewers. Out here on the West Coast I was flipping back and forth between MNF and Fox News shows.
How can Chris Matthews remain on air? He is so baiased and stupid
Dolbermann and Madcow will continue to have a small amount of viewers as long as they continue to report only on one side of an issue(their own far left views).
I still do not have answer to my question. What happened to Larry King’s ratings? They are %50 lower comparing to the Summer’s ones.
bf, I don’t follow Larry King ratings closely, but my guess is that his ratings are down from the summertime post Michael Jackson death frenzy that CNN cashed in on as best it could. But that’s just a guess.
While its certainly within their right, but Fox makes a living by playing to the right and being an alternative voice. MSNBC definitely isn’t much better, but the left is a more fractured news base. Jeff mentioned it being an insult, but their lineup all caters to the left (Beck, Hannity, and O’Reily). Fox does a masterful job and has created a machine that even resurrected Beck’s television career.
probably king is down because he is way past his prime and he looks totally over his own show now…he phones it in, and most nights anymore, he appears to have gotten a wrong number.
The reason Larry Kings ratings are down is because he interviews too many celebrities and only does current events about once or twice a week. In addition where oreilly and Hannity do many segments on their shows, more often than not King interviews a single guest for an hour. Its ok when it is the president, but when it is Tim Mcgraw or Ryan Seacrest it is a turnoff.
The only reason Faux News gets so many viewers is because the hicks that watch it can’t afford cable. Why can’t they afford cable, you ask? It’s because they keep getting duped by Faux News to vote Republican and the Republicans keep them poor. It’s a delightful cycle of misinformation and misrepresentation. It would be beautiful if it weren’t so depressing.
Lefty_Lucy,
You are very demeaning to those of us who appreciate Fox News. Yes Fox News has several commentators that lean right but they also have those that lean left. Those shows are on the air to give opinions. That is why people watch them. However, Fox News also has a very reliable and unbiased wing that presents the news. All sides of the news unlike MSNBC or CNN. They have a tendency to provide all of the news that doesn’t show Obama, his administration or Congress in a poor light. It’s not that they tell the left side of a story, they just don’t tell the story at all. This is evidenced by their lack of viewership. Fox is beating them hands down. Combined as well. There is a reason for that. It has nothing to do with socio-economic disparity. It has everything to do with the fact that American Citizens know when someone is blowing smoke. By not reporting any news that makes Obama look bad they are making people suspicious. Those people have chosen to look elsewhere their news.
first off Lefty_Lucy i don’t think your a very bright person because first off you must have no clue what happens on Fox but since i watch it AND IM NOT POOR i will tell you fist off people like Glenn Beck on FOX NEWS are telling people to vote Conservative NOT REPUBLICAN 2nt what do you call POOR i more than likely make more money than you do in 5 years if you knew what was really going on you would know that all the poor people vote democrat because democrat promise everything will be paid for by the rich and everything will be FREE for them like health care well let me ask you what happens when the rich run out of there own hard worked for money????
P.S. you should learn how 2 spell even if it’s simple words like FOX
Haha. It was meant to be demeaning. And if you think that mere numbers justifies inherent truth then I would point you to any number of fascist movements. Sarah, really? You do realize that “faux” is a play on words, right? Look it up; I’ll wait. No really. Go ahead.
…
Alright, now that you’re up to speed. I’m an attorney so I doubt your salary claim holds water. I have news for you, the conservative party in America are the Republicans. And Glenn Beck isn’t a commentator; he’s a chimpanzee with a teleprompter. Your last “sentence” is largely incoherent rambling but I’ll give it a shot. “[W]hat happens when the rich run out of there [sic] own hard worked for money[?]” Well when they run out of their money I suppose the socialists will have won. Because we all know that there are no wealthy people in socialists countries, right? The moment the government enacts social welfare programs everyone just stops working and waits for a government paycheck.
Give me a break and go back to your monkey news.
Hey Lucy…
Don’t you have to have cable to get a cable news station???????????
I mean really Lucy…even us hicks in New Jersey know that…did you graduate HS?? or was that you I saw in line in Michigan the other day looking for your Gov’t handout.
