I hate to burst your bubble Charlie Tpa, but they have a long way to go to overtake Fox, and if you would do a little research for YOURSELF, then you would know that over half the viewers on Fox are Dems or Independants. That blows your little theory there, so sorry. And by the way, I’m an avid Fox watcher and I’m an independant. We should all be united against the hypocrisy of Capital Hill instead of fighting amongst ourselves. Fox helps to unite not divide.

Don’t look now, but MSNBC and Obermann keep moving on up, overtaking CNN now and over a million viewers…your far righters keep on with your little club. Little by little as MSNBC keeps considating it’s viewers it is catching dear ol’ right wing Fox…to go along with the ever dropping GOP self identified voters, which now stands at its lowest ratings in 26 years at 20%.

Beck goes a little overboard for my taste but his basic points are 100% correct. They cannot be refuted. Notice how the left does not try and respond to Beck’s assertions? Nope, they try to go after him personally.

Olby is hoping he can gain ratings by doing so now that attacking O’Reilly no longer works.

This is a great site! Just found it through the Drudge link. One would think that Olby would have better ratings given all his exposure on NBC. The fact that his ratings, and the hysterical lesbian’s, are stuck in the mud, is a clear indication that everyone, even many libs, are tired with them.

A couple of weeks ago I decided to watch an hour of each show. Yes, they are alarmingly biased and never have anyone on with a different point of view but that is not the biggest problem. The real issue is that both are now incredibly boring. The shows are a snoozefest. Olby made himself with the libs by going after O’Reilly (who is NOT actually a conservative) and Maddow gained an audience on one issue, Gay Marriage. Now they are trapped in the box and will not survive unless they change. In an era of hope and change, perhaps that is possible. I would not bet on it.

Keep in mind that FNC’s viewership is 55% independents and democrats. This is from Pew Researche. So you can do the math and see that there are more Dems and Independents watching FNC than other channels have total viewers.

I can’t speak of Colmes future with FNC. He is on O’Reilly atleast once a week and I’m sure I’ve seen him make appearances on other shows. I did think that I liked Hannity and Colmes better than just Hannity.

This is the first time I’ve read the Cable News numbers, and they are truly unbelievable. Maybe Obama and the Liberals should consider listening to the country’s conservatives, they certainly have the rest of America listening. Again, I had no idea the Fox Shows were pulling those kind of ratings. Wow!

This looks very suspicious … it usually averages something like 600K – 700K for the P2+ number ???

Talk about EPIC FAILURE!

I knew the whitehous’s “war on FOX” (really just Glenn Beck) would only bring up their ratings, but damn! This takes backfire to a whole new level. First, Glenn installs the “red phone”. Now the whitehouse couldn’t say he lied or slandered, brcause all Glenn had to say is “I never got a call”.

Then Glenn Beck exposes that tape of Anita praising Moa tse tung. Expect Anita to resign soon.

Just like the boycott, all this did was raise his ratings.

these ratings actually show another trend. Historically CNN lead the way on “Live Breaking News” right? So FNC trouncing them is the beggining of the end offically for CNN and MSNBC I think.

flipping through channels I stopped to the fool Olbermann for a few seconds. Quickly remembered why we bypass MSNBC now. What a DRAMA QUEEN. And they call Beck crazy? He’s known for contradicting himself and he’s lousy on the football shows. Is he still there. I quit watching because of him.

As a recent article on By the Numbers noted, Cable News viewing is down quite a bit from last year. Comparing Primetime Thursday, October 16, 2008 to Thursday October 15,2009,

Fox News down 668,000 – 3,312,000 viewers to 2,614,000
CNN down 1,168,000 – 2,016,000 viewers to 848,000
MSNBC down 947,000 – 1,789,000 viewers to 842,000
CNC down 62,000 – 246,000 viewers to 184,000
HLN down 200,000 -807,000 viewers to 607,000

The only primetime time period that went up from last year was HLN at 9 PM
2008 Glenn Beck 514,000 viewers
2009 Joy Behar- 543,000 viewers

Funny thing is, Glenn Beck backs up everything he says, even has a phone to the White House so they can call if the disagree with him, no calls. Beck must be correct on his information.
Beck is getting close to the man, Bill O’Reilly in the numbers game, I like both equally, they really need to move Beck to Greta’s spot although I like her.
