"The Big Bang Theory" Notches Series High Adult 18-34 Ratings and Second Best Deliveries in Viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

CBS Places First on Monday in Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

CBS placed first on Monday in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 paced by season high adult 18-49 ratings for ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE and second best deliveries in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 for The Big Bang Theory, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Oct. 19.

How I Met Your Mother (5.6/09, 8.76m) was second in adults 18-49 (3.5/10) and adults 18-34 (3.3/10).

ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE (5.5/08, 8.62m) was second in adults 18-34 (2.5/07), tied for second in adults 18-49 (3.4/09, with ABC), and averaged a 3.8/09 in adults 25-54.  If the ratings hold, this is ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE's best deliveries in adults 18-49 and adults 18-34, best performances in households, viewers and adults 25-54 since the series premiere.

Two and a Half Men  was first in adults 25-54 (5.9/13), adults 18-49 (4.7/12), second behind ABC in both households (8.6/13) and viewers (13.83m).

The Big Bang Theory was first in adults 25-54 (6.1/13), adults 18-49 (5.1/12), adults 18-34 (3.9/10), second in both households (8.0/12) and viewers (13.12m).  The Big Bang Theory built on its Two and a Half Men lead-in by +3% in adults 25-54, +9% in adults 18-49 and +22% in adults 18-34.  THE Big Bang Theory was up +2% in both adults 25-54 (from 6.0/13) and adults 18-49 (from 5.0/12), +15% in adults 18-34 (from 3.4/09), even in households and added +50,000 viewers (from 13.07m) compared to last week.

This is Big Bang Theory's best adults 18-34 performance to date, second best viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 delivery ever.

CSI: MIAMI was first in households (8.2/14), viewers (12.65m), adults 25-54 (4.8/12), adults 18-49 (3.8/10) and adults 18-34 (2.7/10).

For the night, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (4.9/12), adults 18-49 (4.0/10), second in households (7.3/11), viewers (11.60m) and adults 18-34 (3.1/10).
